strategic areas of the city, close to interstate highways and dense populations.
COMPANY PROFILE
Newburger-Andes is a real estate syndication and brokerage
corporation, owned fifty percent by Sidney H. Newburger, Corporation President, and fifty percent by Jerry M. Andes,
Corporation Vice President. The
Corporation originated in March of 1976, functions in the managing and leasing of property that Mr. Newburger and Mr. Andes have
an equity ownership.
Presently, Newburger-Andes
owns and manages a diverse portfolio of industrial,
free-standing retail buildings, shopping centers, and office buildings with a value in excess of
$200,000,000. Currently, the
company owns and manages property leased to over 1,200 tenants. Additionally, the Corporation services a mortgage portfolio which
consists of mortgages taken back on properties that have been sold, or on properties where the various partnerships have served as
their own First Mortgage Lender. The Corporation has over 200 local and a dozen Canadian partners.
The Corporation, in a partnership, owns and occupies as
headquarters the office building at 201 Allen Road in Sandy Springs with frontage on Interstate 285. Presently, employees total
six on staff and five commissioned agents with experience and successful histories in the commercial real estate business, as
well as four officers: Sid Newburger, Jerry Andes, David Andes, with 24 years of
real estate experience, and Amy Newburger-Silver, with 16 years of real estate
experience, in California as well as Georgia.
