Newburger-Andes  is continually expanding its real estate portfolio through the acquisition of existing income-producing properties.  Our investment team has experience in every major property type. Finding and buying the right property and creating and managing its future has been our expertise. We are focused on acquiring property that meets strict criteria. Our goal is to own and manage income-producing real estate properties that generate solid cash flow and appreciate over time.

Newburger-Andes prides itself on its ability to follow the opportunities in an ever-changing marketplace.  Since 1975 we have profitably invested more than $250 million by acquiring commercial real estate regionally.  Most of this investment activity is undertaken with partners that have invested with us from the inception of the Company.

The syndication team oversees the entire acquisition process, starting with the identification of a potential investment through due diligence, raising of necessary capital, and closing of the transaction. Specific services in this acquisition process include underwriting investment returns, capital and operation budgeting, due diligence, establishing marketing and leasing programs, and contract negotiations.
