Bio
As Vice President of Construction for Newburger-Andes& Co. Inc., Mike manages all construction related activities. His primary focus is on property management and tenant build out projects. In addition, his duties include participating in site selection, planning, development, and other responsibilities directly related to property acquisitions.
Mike began his career in real estate development as a construction superintendent with a national homebuilder in the Atlanta market. With over 17 years in the construction industry, Mike has been involved in land development, acquisitions, property management and preservation, and light commercial construction. Dempsey has been an owner of a high end custom building company and an investment partner in real estate development projects in North Atlanta, Coastal Georgia, and the Panhandle of Florida.
Mr. Dempsey is an alumnus of The University of Georgia, member of Birmingham United Methodist Church, and Atlanta National Golf Club in Milton. He resides in Canton, Ga. with his wife and two children. Mike enjoys family, friends, hard work, vacationing on St. Simons Island, coaching youth football and baseball, UGA football, and golf.
