Bio
Joe is an industrial, office, retail, land, and mixed-use property specialist. He joined Newburger-Andes in 1998 and is involved in the day-to-day operations of the leasing and management of more than 2 million square feet of our diversified portfolio of commercial properties, along with more than 300,000 square feet of properties under outside leasing, management, and consulting.
He has completed over $100,000,000 in sales and leasing transactions during his tenure with Newburger-Andes. His clients range from local businesses to international conglomerates across all property classes under leasing, sales, investment, and management/consulting practices.Joe holds a Bachelor Degree in Business Administration – Finance and was a member of The Financial Management Association (FMA). He has an extensive and diversified background in management, accounting, and property/casualty insurance industries with Fortune 100 companies, which complements his commercial real estate expertise.
Joe and his wife, Michelle, are the proud parents of two (2) sons. He loves to spend weekends and free time with his family.
