Charlie Pate started his real estate career here in Atlanta in 1980. Since October of 1981, he has been with Newburger-Andes as a leasing agent involved in the daily operations of leasing the 72 property portfolio. During this time he has completed over 1250 transactions with a value in excess of $157 million.
His extensive experience has helped him forge strong relationships within the commercial real estate community. This experience has created an environment where the average length of his tenant representations is 12 years.
Charlie was born here in Atlanta, spent his childhood years in Decatur, and now resides with his wife in Gwinnett County. Their two children are now attending colleges in Los Angeles and Boston.
His main interests, besides his family, involve boating, fishing, and biking at the beach.
