Amy Newburger-Silver is one of one of four Officers at Newburger-Andes & Co. Inc.
Amy, as Chief Administration Officer, is responsible for all administrative areas in the Company, including Investor Liason, Syndication Distributions, Employee Management, Property Insurance & Tax Management, Company Website, GREC Liason, Master Deed & Document Archiving, Company Facebook & Twitter blogs, and many other administrative areas.
With over 17 years of experience in administration management and the commercial real estate business in California and Georgia, Amy has been involved with all areas of corporate life, is a licensed agent, and continues to innovate and bring in new ideas and make them into reality.
Amy is an investor in several commercial real estate projects, and her communications with past, current, and potential investors allows her to gain insight into investor relations, needs, and expectations.
Amy attended Emerson College in Boston and lives in Smyrna with her husband and three children.
Her main passion besides her family and real estate is travel, reading extensively and writing.
