Currently, the company controls over 100 properties with over 1,000 tenants. Newburger-Andes has over 200 syndication/investment partners, many of whom have been committed investors since the company’s inception.
Newburger-Andes owns and occupies a headquarters office building at 201 Allen Road in Sandy Springs with frontage on Interstate 285. Newburger-Andes corporate office employs eight investment sales & leasing professionals with significant experience and successful histories in the commercial real estate business and six people within the accounting, property management and administrative functions.
